The Problem

Enterprise AI deployments fail in production within 6 months — hallucination drift, no audit trail, no adversarial hardening. Most orchestration layers lack a deterministic, event-sourced design with hash-chained audit trails.

Approach

Principal Agentic Architect role: designed and operated a multi-agent adversarial validation council in production for 36 months. Each agent specializes in a failure mode (prompt injection, boundary probe, distribution shift, context window overflow). SHA-256 hash-chaining on all inference outputs. FIPS 203/204/205. The inference substrate is a public fork of exo (55 commits ahead of upstream — clone & compare); the production orchestration record is under NDA.
